Video + Editing Work

Dear Distant Moon (2021)

This is a video I made for Distant Moon, a production company that was hiring for an editor at the time.

I wanted to tell a story about who I am and how I fell in love with storytelling.

Videos like these remind me of what I truly love doing, which is making people feel something when they watch anything.

International Women’s Day (2020)

This was a video that my friend Brigid and I co-directed for our company at the time. We wanted to celebrate International Women’s Day by having our coworkers name their favorite women in filmmaking.

Cinematography Reel (2019)

I’ve always had a passion for visual arts. This is my way of storytelling. Here's a reel of some of the favorite films I’ve had the privilege of doing the cinematography for.

where i went (2017)

a young woman dreams about death.

(inspired by Waiting For Godot by Samuel Beckett)

Dear Marley Ophelia (2016)

For my senior thesis, I wrote and directed a short film called Dear Marley Ophelia. It’s a story about a poet that chooses to hold on to a loved one that has passed by living in his memories. Creating this film was close to my heart because I drove inspiration from my father who passed, and how us as humans do anything we can to hold onto the presence of the ones we’ve lost. Thankfully, I worked with a wonderful team that was supportive in making this project come alive.

In Undertow (2018)

In 2018, I was the DP for a short film called In Undertow. I did PR for this as well, which led me to marketing the film via Facebook, Instagram, IndieGogo — I also edited mini BTS videos for the profuction.

Behind The Scenes: Nica De Leos (2015)

Back in 2015, I was hired to film and edit a short advertisement video for wedding photographer, Nica De Leos. I was able to travel with her and witness the wonderful work she was doing first hand. While doing this, she encouraged me to take footage of the clients as well (with their permission of course). Which leads me to…

Llorin + Matt’s Wedding Video (2015)

The first and only wedding video I’ve ever shot! This was an on-the-fly shoot since they didn’t have a videographer for their wedding. I’m glad I managed to pull some really great content from the footage I got. The clients were really happy with how the video turned out, and that’s what really matters to me. They were such a sweet couple, and their wedding was beautiful.
